MEDIA

For interviews, speaking engagements, or media inquiries about Connected: Finding My Truth, you’re in the right place. Through podcasts, panels, community events, and conversations around the world, I share my journey of identity, secrecy, discovery, and healing. I speak openly about being a late discovery adoptee trafficked through a black market adoption ring, the emotional impact of uncovering hidden truths, and how writing helped me reclaim my story.

Connected: Finding My Truth is the story of my life as a late-discovery adoptee. At 38, I learned that I had been trafficked through a black market adoption. What began as a casual conversation unraveled decades of secrets, falsified records, and the truth that my birthplace was not Manhattan, but Montreal.

My search for answers led across borders and through layers of silence. This memoir is a deeply personal exploration of identity, betrayal, resilience, and reclaiming the truth of who I really am.

About the Memoir

I’ve had the honor of sharing my story on platforms that support adoptee voices and explore identity, truth, healing, and the lifelong impact of hidden beginnings. Below are interviews where I speak candidly about my journey as a late discovery black market adoptee.
